1. How to find what you want to buy?
If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name into the search box at the top left of all pages on the site.
Alternatively, you can use the main product categories (Books, Audio Books, Bibles, Music, DVD, Software or Other) .To get more information about a product, click on the product name to see its product information page.
The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket or save them for later if you change your mind. When you find what you want simply click the "Add to Basket" button. To see the contents of Your Basket at any time click the icon at the Left hand side of any page.
To sign in, click the 'Login' option on the left hand side of the page. From here you will be taken to the 'sign in' page where you will be able to enter your email address and password to enter your account. If you haven't logged in before and are setting up a new account please create a new account under the login page.
2. How can I contact customer service?
You can send us your enquiries or comments via the contact us page, ensuring your message gets to the right person to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible.

3. How will I know that you have my order?
Christian Bookstore will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order and notify you of your order number. Please keep this order number in a safe place - just in case you need to check its status or make a return.
Your order will be integrated into our existing automated sales order process system and dispatched from our Melbourne location. Once your order has been invoiced, you will receive a second email to advise that the order is en route. If an item is unavailable, you will be advised in this email.
4. How secure is your website?
The Christian Bookstore web store uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website.
5. Do you offer a lowest price guarantee?
Yes. Christian Bookstore is confident that our everyday prices are the lowest in the industry. If you find an item online from at an Australian Christian store for a cheaper price we will match that price. Lowest price Guarantee does not apply to auction sites, sale items, clearance items or out of stock items.
Simply email the link to the website with the lower price to christianbookstore@gmail.com and we will adjust the price for your order.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
Christian Bookstore currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX) & Paypal for online purchases. Alternatively you can email us a christianbookstoreau@gmail.com to arrange payment via Cheque or Electronic funds transfer.
7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
At Christian Bookstore we Endeavour to get your products to you as fast as possible. Each product has a ships within time clearly displayed under the price. This way you will know straight away how long it will take for your order to arrive.
For International orders please add 1-3 weeks to the ships within time.
If you order multiple products with different ships within times then we ship your products separately as they become available.
8. What are the postage rates?
For Australian orders the postage rates are:
Order Value $1 - $150 = $4.95 postage
Order value $150 and over = Free Postage
For International orders the postage rates equal 25% of the order value
9. Can I return a product I have purchased?
